RiverGameForge(이하 "개발자")는 모바일 게임 Neon Arcade(이하 "본 앱")를 이용하시는 분들의 개인정보를 소중하게 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 사용하며, 어디에 저장·전송하는지에 대해 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

가. 자동으로 수집되는 정보

기기 식별자	안드로이드 운영체제가 제공하는 기기 고유 ID. 익명 계정 생성·로그인에만 사용.
광고 ID(GAID)	구글 AdMob이 광고 송출 및 빈도 제한을 위해 자동 수집. 본 앱이 직접 보관하지 않음.

나. 사용자가 직접 입력하는 정보

다. 게임 진행 데이터

플레이 횟수	총 게임 플레이 횟수. 광고 빈도 산정에 사용.
로컬 설정	음향·진동·화질 설정. 사용자 기기에만 저장, 서버 전송 X.

본 앱은 실제 이메일·이름·전화번호·주소·결제 정보·위치 정보·연락처·카메라·마이크 등을 일절 수집하지 않습니다. 인증을 위한 이메일·비밀번호는 기기 식별자에서 자동 생성된 가상 값으로, 사용자의 개인 이메일이 아닙니다.

3. 제3자 서비스 및 데이터 전송

본 앱은 다음 외부 서비스를 사용하며, 각 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침을 별도로 준수합니다.

가. Google AdMob (광고 송출)

전송 데이터: 광고 ID(GAID), 기기·앱 정보(OS 버전, 화면 크기 등)
목적: 맞춤형 광고 송출, 광고 빈도 제한, 부정 클릭 방지

나. Supabase (랭킹 백엔드)

제공자: Supabase Inc. (미국)
전송 데이터: 익명 계정 ID, 닉네임, 게임별 최고점, 총 누적 점수, 플레이 횟수
목적: 글로벌 랭킹 표시, 멀티 기기 점수 동기화

4. 데이터 보유 기간

로컬 데이터(설정·임시 저장): 사용자가 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됨.
서버 데이터(닉네임·점수·익명 계정): 사용자가 직접 삭제를 요청하기 전까지 보관.
관련 법령에 따른 보존 의무가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안 별도 보관할 수 있음.

5. 사용자 권리 및 데이터 삭제

사용자는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 다음의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

본인의 데이터(랭킹 점수, 닉네임, 익명 계정) 삭제를 원하시면 아래 이메일로 요청해주세요. 요청 접수 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리됩니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보 보호

본 앱은 만 13세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 의도적으로 수집하지 않으며, 법정대리인의 동의 없이 수집된 사실이 확인될 경우 즉시 삭제 조치합니다.

7. 데이터 보안

서버와의 모든 통신은 HTTPS(TLS)로 암호화됩니다.
비밀번호는 평문으로 저장되지 않으며, 결정론적 해시 기반으로 자동 생성됩니다.
접근 권한은 인증된 본인 계정으로만 제한됩니다(Row Level Security).

8. 본 방침의 변경

법령·서비스 변경에 따라 본 방침이 개정될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

RiverGameForge ("we", "us", or "developer") values the privacy of players of the mobile game Neon Arcade (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and where it is stored or transmitted. We comply with the Republic of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and equivalent international standards.

1. Information We Collect

a. Automatically Collected

Item	Description
Device Identifier	Unique device ID provided by the Android OS. Used solely for anonymous account creation/login.
Advertising ID (GAID)	Collected by Google AdMob for ad delivery and frequency capping. We do not directly store this.

b. User-Provided

Item	Description
Nickname	User-chosen display name shown on leaderboards. Random nicknames are auto-generated by default.

c. Gameplay Data

Item	Description
Per-game High Scores	Best score for each of the 19 mini-games.
Total Score	Sum of points across all games.
Games Played Count	Total number of plays. Used for ad frequency calculation.
Local Settings	Sound, haptic, and quality preferences. Stored on device only, not transmitted.

We do not collect real email addresses, real names, phone numbers, physical addresses, payment information, location data, contacts, camera, or microphone access. The email/password used for authentication is automatically derived from the device identifier and is not your personal email.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Transfer

The App uses the following external services. Each is governed by its own privacy policy.

a. Google AdMob (Ad Delivery)

Provider: Google LLC (USA)
Data Transmitted: Advertising ID (GAID), device/app metadata (OS version, screen size, etc.)
Purpose: Personalized ad serving, frequency capping, fraud prevention

b. Supabase (Leaderboard Backend)

Data Transmitted: Anonymous account ID, nickname, per-game high scores, total score, games played count
Purpose: Global leaderboard display, multi-device score sync

4. Data Retention

Local data (settings, temp save): deleted when the user uninstalls the App.
Server data (nickname, scores, anonymous account): retained until the user requests deletion.
If retention is required by law, the data may be kept for the legally mandated period.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion

Under PIPA and equivalent regulations, you have the right to:

Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information
Request a halt of processing
Withdraw consent

To delete your data (leaderboard scores, nickname, anonymous account), contact the email below. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14, and any such data discovered will be promptly deleted in accordance with applicable law.

7. Data Security

All server communication is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS).
Passwords are not stored in plaintext; they are derived deterministically via hashing.
Access is restricted to the authenticated account owner via Row Level Security.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or service. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or on this page.
